Hey Spiritual Travelers, I just wanted to take a minute and edit together some of the trips that we took back in 2016. We would like to encourage all of you; if you haven't been to South America, Peru is an awesome place to visit. Full of a lot of culture and wonderful people.

It's surrounded by amazing history. It's also a wonderful county to stretch your dollar. Traveling in South America can be very affordable… as little as $75 a day for room, board, food, and entertainment. The food is amazing and there's so much to see and do. Bring your smartphone and download the Google translate app and do some research with a Lonely Planet book, throw on a backpack (or if you insist on bringing that little "rolly" suitcase with wheels), and away you go. We often traveled during the winter season and this video was shot during Christmas and much of what you are seeing is an indigenous nativity celebration in the city of Cusco. The food is amazing, the people are friendly and if you have not experienced the South American culture before, this will be an eye-opener for you. We hope this encourages you to travel south and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out on our community forum and would be happy to talk to you about what we saw. Take care we look forward to seeing you out there.
